Mong Kok, Hong Kong

Flyer Goodness Filed Under:

Mong Kok is the shopping district of Hong Kong, where you can hopefully find your fix for almost anything. The area is made up of many streets, with entire blocks dedicated to one particular type of product: One block for electronics, cameras, computers, sneakers, womenswear, menswear, aquarium/fish....and many more. However, almost everything is fake. Even if there is a Nike or Adidas logo lit up outside a bright white store, the goods may still be fake, and most likely might be very poor knockoffs.

One of MANY aquarium places on the aquarium/fish street. I'd approximate that there were at least 30+ places just like this, selling exotic fish such as Yellow Tang and Clownfish (finding nemo) for less than $10 USD.

The Big Bhudda and the Po Lin Monastery are one of the big tourist attractions here. An affordable $7 USD bus ride was all it cost too.
